I have a Samsung Galaxy Stratosphere II. It's a Verizon phone. It runs Android 4.12. Mobile Accessibility kept crashing, so on the advice of another user here I removed it and turned talkback back on. That same user recommended I download Nova Loncher. So I did and figured out there's a Nova loncher, and a Nova Loncher prime. Not sure the difference. and still having a pretty hard time with my phone. I could really use some help here.

nova launcher is the free counter part but you can not set up gesters. Also, with your android you must run your finger around the screenand tap right where you last lifted the finger. This is called explore by touch, its gotten much better in 4.1 and upd but that does not help you here. I suggest you have a play with the built in tutorial under accessibility so you can come to grips with explore by touch and how it works with 4.0 or ice cream sandwige, report back here how you fare please. Also, if you want give equal eyes a try, its sorta like moble accessibility but the developers actually give a rats back side about your feedback.

Oh, I noticed you have a samsung phone, go to accessibility and find end calls with power button and check it plese, you will be very greatful you did this. Lastly, sorry I did not ask, do you have explore by touch on in accessibility? If not your going to need to do this because you can not use the touch screen with out it. I do stress!! turn on explore by touch, your not going to be abel to just use your keyboard at all you must use some touch screen.

There is no explore by touch in the accessibility options. Just Talk back and a few others but not that. I end calls with the power button and answer with the home button (thank goodness I have a little vision and can see the home icon). How much does Equal Eyes Cost?

okay, go under talkback, settings then you will find explore by touch with out this you can not use the touch screen. Equal eyes is running a 50% off special at this time I think its 65 dollars but do not quote me. Keep in mind equal eyes is not a screen reader its a list of applications designed for the blind in one home screen. Moble accessibility has a screen reader but again, they give zero feedback.

What kind of apps are in the equal eyes list? and how do I get to Talk Back Settings? It's just a checkbox under accessibility settings for me.
